- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup French's® True Organics Classic Yellow Mustard
- 6 tablespoon tarragon
- 1/4 cup onion
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon lemon peel
- 3 1/2 pounds salmon fillet, 1 inch thick

PREHEAT oven to 450°F. Mix all ingredients except salmon in medium bowl.
PLACE salmon, skin side down, on large baking sheet lined with non stick foil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Spread half the mustard sauce evenly over salmon.
BAKE just until salmon is opaque in center, about 15 minutes. Transfer salmon to platter and serve with remaining sauce.
