1HEAT oven to 400°F. Arrange potatoes in bottom and up sides of 2-quart baking dish to form a shell. Bake, uncovered, 10 minutes.
2COOK beef in large skillet over high heat until well-browned, stirring to separate meat. Drain well. Add broccoli, 2/3 cup Crispy Fried Onions and tomato. Stir in soup, milk, 1/2 cup cheese and seasoning.
3POUR into potato shell. Bake, covered, 20 minutes until heated through. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake 1 minute until onions are golden.
