- 1 GRILL steaks over high heat about 7 min. per side for medium rare or until desired doneness. Transfer to platter; keep warm.
- 2 WHISK remaining ingredients into small skillet. Simmer 2 to 3 min. until sauce thickens slightly. Stir any juices from steak into sauce.
- 3 SLICE steak and serve with sauce.
