Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless flank steak
  • 3/4 cup French's® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3 tablespoon taco seasoning mix
  • 2 med red or green bell peppers, cut into quarters
  • 1 large onion, cut into thick slices
  • 3/4 cup chili sauce
  • 8 (8 inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 sour cream

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Pour 1/2 cup Worcestershire over steak in deep dish. Marinate 30 min. Rub meat with seasoning mix.
  • 2 Grill meat and vegetables 10 to 15 min. until meat is medium rare and vegetables are charred, but tender. Thinly slice meat and vegetables.
  • 3 Place vegetables in large bowl. Stir in chili sauce and remaining 1/4 cup Worcestershire. Layer meat and vegetable mixture on tortillas, dividing evenly. If desired, serve with sour cream and cheese.
