Ingredients
- 2 (16 ounce) can baked beans
- 1/2 cup onion and green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup French's® Classic Yellow Mustard
- 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup French's® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 thick boneless pork chop
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Heat oven to 400°F. Combine all ingredients except pork chops in 3-quart shallow baking dish; mix well.
- 2 Brown pork chops about 5 min. per side in nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray. Arrange chops in bean mixture, turning once to coat.
- 3 Bake, uncovered, 25 min. or until pork is no longer pink in center. Stir beans around chops once during baking. Serve with green beans or mashed potatoes, if desired.
