INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Heat oven to 400°F. Combine all ingredients except pork chops in 3-quart shallow baking dish; mix well.
  • 2 Brown pork chops about 5 min. per side in nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray. Arrange chops in bean mixture, turning once to coat.
  • 3 Bake, uncovered, 25 min. or until pork is no longer pink in center. Stir beans around chops once during baking. Serve with green beans or mashed potatoes, if desired.
