Ingredients
- 1 (9 inch) unbaked 9-inch pie crust
- 1 cup cooked ham
- 1 cup shredded light Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoon onion
- 2 tablespoon green bell pepper
- 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup 2% milk
- 1/4 cup French's® Chardonnay Dijon Mustard Squeeze Bottle

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 COMBINE ham and cheese and spread on bottom of pie crust that has been layed into a 9" deep dish pie plate. Sprinkle onion, pepper and bacon on top.
- 2 BEAT eggs, add milk and mustard and blend together. Pour mixture over ingredients in pie plate.
- 3 BAKE at 350° F for 35 to 45 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes.
