Servings: 12 (2 egg half)

Ingredients

  • 12 hard cooked eggs, peeled and halved lengthwise
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup French's® Classic Yellow Mustard
  • 6 slices crumbled cooked bacon, divided
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 2 tablespoons Crispy Jalapenos, crumbled

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 REMOVE egg yolks, reserving egg whites.
  • 2 LIGHTLY mash egg yolks in small bowl. Stir in mayonnaise, Mustard, 1/4 cup bacon, relish and Crispy Jalapenos.
  • 3 SPOON or pipe yolk mixture into egg whites. Garnish with remaining bacon and additional Crispy Jalapenos, if desired. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
