Ingredients

  • 4 cups hot water
  • 2 packages (.25 ounces each ear) El Guapo® Palo Azul Kidney Wood
  • 1 El Guapo® Whole Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, chopped and peeled

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Bring water to boil in medium saucepan on medium-high heat. Stir in Kidney Wood, Cinnamon Stick and ginger. Cover. Reduce heat to low; simmer 1 hour.
  • 2 Strain tea through fine mesh sieve lined with cheesecloth. Discard solids. Serve hot tea with honey, if desired.
