To Prepare McCormick Teriyaki Chicken Seasoning Mix: Mix 1/2 cup water, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, and Seasoning Mix in bowl. Set aside. Heat 1 tbsp. oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add 1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken thighs or breast, cut into chunks; stir-fry 5 minutes or until no longer pink. Stir sauce mixture. Add to skillet. Stirring constantly, cook 1 minute or until sauce is slightly thickened and chicken is fully cooked. Sprinkle with 2 green onions, finely chopped, green parts only.
