  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 package McCormick® 30% Less Sodium Chili Mild Seasoning Mix - SubstitutesMcCormick® Less Sodium Chili Seasoning Mix
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 can (15 to 16 ounces) kidney beans, undrained
  • 1 pizza crust, 12-inch
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • Assorted Optional Topping
  • Sour cream
  • Sliced jalapeños
  • Tortilla strips
  • Sliced avocado
  • Chopped cilantro
  • Sliced green onions

Instructions

  1. Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat. Stir in Seasoning Mix, tomatoes and beans. Bring to boil. Cover. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Spoon chili evenly onto prepared pizza crust on baking sheet. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  3. Bake in preheated 425ºF oven 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with toppings, if desired.
