30% LESS SODIUM MEAT LOAF_x000B_Prep Time: 10 minutes_x000B_Cook Time: 1 hour_x000B_Makes 10 servings_x000D_YOU WILL NEED: 1 pkg McCormick 30% Less Sodium Meat Loaf Seasoning Mix, 2 lbs lean ground meat, 2 eggs, lightly beaten, 1/2 cup milk, 1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs or 1 cup soft breadcrumbs (2 slices of bread), 1/2 cup no salt added ketchup or tomato sauce (optional)_x000B_DIRECTIONS: 1. Mix all ingredients except ketchup in large bowl until well blended. 2. Shape meat mixture into a loaf. Place in foil-lined baking pan or 9x5-inch loaf pan. Top with ketchup, if desired. 3.
