- 1 whole chicken, cut up (about 3 to 4 pounds)
- - Substitutes4 pounds bone-in chicken parts, such as breasts and thighs
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 bottle (18 ounces) Stubb's® Original Barbecue Sauce

- Lay half of the onion slices in the bottom of the slow cooker. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of brown sugar, then top with chicken pieces. Cover with remaining onion slices; pour Bar-B-Q sauce over top. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup brown sugar. Cover.
- Cook 5 hours on HIGH.
- Remove chicken from slow cooker. Remove meat from bones and shred (discarding bones). Stir sauce mixture in slow cooker and mix with chicken. Serve on rolls, with chips and pickles, if desired, along with additional Stubb's Bar-B-Q Sauce.
