- Mix water, soy sauce and Seasoning Mix in bowl. Set aside.
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; stir-fry 5 minutes or until no longer pink.
- Stir sauce mixture. Add to skillet. Stirring constantly; cook 1 minute or until sauce is slightly thickened and chicken is fully cooked. Sprinkle with green onions. Serve with cooked rice, if desired.
