- Toss shrimp with oil in small bowl. Heat large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add shrimp, sear about 2 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Divide rice among 4 serving bowls. Add cucumbers, broccoli and avocado to each bowl. Top with shrimp and sprinkle each bowl with about 1/4 teaspoon Zesty Lemon Finishing Salt, or more to taste. Garnish with pickled red onion.
