- Process apples, grapes, cucumber and lemon through juicer on low speed. Increase speed to high. Roll romaine leaves into a bundle and process through juicer. Stir in dill, fennel seed and salt.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Whisk to mix; gently stir in club soda. Serve in tumblers with desired garnishes.
Test Kitchen Tip: Don’t have a juicer? No problem… Place apples, grapes, lemon (peeled) and romaine in blender container. Add about 1/4 cup water. Process on high speed until completely smooth. Strain mixture through a fine mesh sieve, pressing to squeeze out as much liquid as possible. Continue as directed.
