  • 1 package (0.87 ounce packet) or 1/4 cup (from 10-ounce container) McCormick® Brown Butter Gravy Mix
  • 1 cup cold water

Rich and nutty, this five-minute brown butter gravy recipe is a must for adding rich, nutty, savory gravy flavor to roast beef, meatloaf, and hot sandwiches. 

Instructions

  1. Stir water gradually into Gravy Mix with whisk in small saucepan.
  2. Stirring frequently, cook on medium heat until gravy comes to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute. (Gravy will thicken upon standing.)
