Pasta Salad Supreme
Ingredients
- 8 oz. pasta, such as bow-tie or penne
- 1 cup Italian salad dressing
- 2 tbsp McCormick® Salad Supreme Seasoning
- 3 1/2 cups cut up fresh veggies, such as broccoli florets, bell pepper, carrots, cherry tomatoes, and red onion
- 3/4 cup McCormick® Crunchy & Flavorful Salad Toppings (optional)
Instructions
- Cook pasta as directed on package. Rinse under cold water; drain well.
- Place pasta in large bowl. Add dressing, Seasoning, vegetables and 1/2 cup of the Salad Toppins; toss gently.
- Cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Toss lightly before serving. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup Salad Toppins over salad.

Creamy Bacon Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- 8 ounces small shell pasta
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon McCormick® Garlic and Onion, Black Pepper and Sea Salt All Purpose Seasoning
- 4 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 1 plum tomato, seeded and chopped
Instructions
- Cook pasta as directed on package. Rinse under cold water; drain well.
- Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and Seasoning in large bowl until well blended. Add pasta, bacon, peas and tomato; toss gently to coat well. Cover.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.

Garlic and Onion with Black Pepper and Sea Salt Usage Tips
Chicken and Veggie Sheet Pan Dinner
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons McCormick® The Ultimate Pink Salt Seasoning, divided
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
- 1 pound baby red potatoes, halved
- 1 medium red onion, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3 medium carrots, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 6 bone-in chicken thighs (about 2 1/2 pounds)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix 1 tablespoon of the Seasoning and 1 tablespoon of the oil in large bowl until well blended. Add vegetables; toss to coat. Arrange vegetables in single layer in center of large foil-lined baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Set aside.
2. Mix remaining 2 tablespoons Seasoning and 1 tablespoon oil in same bowl. Add chicken and toss to coat. Arrange chicken around the outside edge of the pan with vegetables.
3. Roast 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and lightly browned and vegetables are tender. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.

Basil Balsamic Caprese Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- 8 ounces small pasta, such as small shells, farfalle or rotini
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar 4 teaspoons McCormick® Basil Balsamic Seasoning
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 package (8 ounces) 1-inch mozzarella balls, drained
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves
Instructions
1. Cook pasta in salted water as directed on package for al dente pasta. Rinse under cold water. Drain well.
2. Whisk oil, vinegar and Seasoning in large bowl until well blended. Add cooked pasta, tomatoes, mozzarella, and spinach; toss to coat well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Basil Balsamic Usage Tips
Classic Smashed Burgers
Ingredients
Burger Sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons French's® Tomato Ketchup Squeeze Bottle, 1 tablespoon French's® Classic Yellow Mustard
- 1 tablespoon dill pickle relish
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Grill Mates® Smash Burger Seasoning
Smashed Burgers
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 4 teaspoons McCormick® Grill Mates® Smash Burger Seasoning, divided
- 4 hamburger rolls, toasted
Instructions
1. For the Burger Sauce: Mix ingredients, cover, and set aside.
2. For the Burgers: Divide meat into 8 balls, place on a hot flat top, smash flat, and season each patty with 2 tsp seasoning.
3. Grill 2–3 minutes until a crust forms, flip, season, add cheese, and cook 1 more minute until melted and burgers reach 160°F.
4. Assemble by spreading sauce on rolls, adding 2 patties, and topping as desired.

Classic Smash Seasoning Usage Tips
Brown Butter Gravy
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup McCormick® Brown Butter Gravy Mix
- 1 cup cold water
Instructions
- Stir water gradually into Gravy Mix with whisk in small saucepan.
- Stirring frequently, cook on medium heat until gravy comes to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute. (Gravy will thicken upon standing.)

Brown Butter and Roasted Garlic Gnocchi
Ingredients
- 1 package (16 ounces) gnocchi
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons McCormick Gourmet™ Brown Butter & Roasted Garlic Seasoning
- 4 cups baby spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Cook gnocchi as directed on package. Drain well. Set aside.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium heat until shimmering. Add Seasoning; cook and stir 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add gnocchi and spinach. Cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes, just until spinach begins to wilt. Add cream; cook and stir until heated through. Garnish with shredded Parmesan to serve.
