- PREHEAT oven to 425°F. Roll pizza dough out on floured surface into large rectangle. Brush crust evenly with 2 tablespoons of the Frank's RedHot Sauce. Using a pizza cutter, cut dough in half lengthwise. Cut each half into 12 strips, about 1-inch wide.
- ROLL each sausage in one prepared dough strip. Arrange in single layer on sheet pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Mix remaining 2 tablespoons Frank's RedHot Sauce with egg. Brush sausages with Frank's RedHot egg wash mixture. Sprinkle evenly with kosher salt.
- BAKE 15 to 20 minutes or until dough is golden brown.
