Instructions

  1. Pour the oil into large deep skillet or Dutch oven. Heat on medium heat to 350°F.  

  2. Toss chicken wings with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, paprika, black pepper and cornstarch.  

  3. Fry chicken, working in batches as needed, 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer to paper towel-lined plate or wire rack to drain. 

  4. Divide wings evenly into 3 large bowls. Add 1 sauce to each bowl, tossing to coat. Serve with ranch or blue cheese and celery, if desired.
