- 2 1/2 pounds chicken wing pieces
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Onion Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Ground Black Pepper

- 1/4 cup Frank's RedHot® Sweet Chili Hot Sauce

Pour the oil into large deep skillet or Dutch oven. Heat on medium heat to 350°F.

Toss chicken wings with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, paprika, black pepper and cornstarch.

Fry chicken, working in batches as needed, 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer to paper towel-lined plate or wire rack to drain.

Divide wings evenly into 3 large bowls. Add 1 sauce to each bowl, tossing to coat. Serve with ranch or blue cheese and celery, if desired.
