Mix up Frank's® RedHot® Original Seasoning with melty cheddar cheese and smother crispy fries for an ooey-gooey, delicious dish. Top with crumbled bacon and sliced green onions for the perfect finish.

  1. POUR oil into deep fryer or deep heavy skillet, filling no more than 1/3 full. Heat on medium-high heat to 375°F. Fill fryer basket no more than half full of frozen fries. Carefully lower basket into hot oil.
  2. FRY 4 to 7 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. MEANWHILE, whisk evaporated milk, cheese and Seasoning in medium saucepan. Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth, about 5 minutes.
  4. SERVE cheese sauce over French fries. Top with crumbled bacon and sliced green onions, if desired.

TIP: Prepare fries any way you like! See French fry package directions for air fryer or oven directions (Just skip the oil in the ingredients list if you're not deep frying).
