- 1 package (28 ounces) frozen fries
- 1 fillets (12 ounces) evaporated milk
- 1 package (8 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons Frank's RedHot® Original Seasoning Blend

Instructions
- POUR oil into deep fryer or deep heavy skillet, filling no more than 1/3 full. Heat on medium-high heat to 375°F. Fill fryer basket no more than half full of frozen fries. Carefully lower basket into hot oil.
- FRY 4 to 7 minutes or until golden brown.
- MEANWHILE, whisk evaporated milk, cheese and Seasoning in medium saucepan. Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth, about 5 minutes.
- SERVE cheese sauce over French fries. Top with crumbled bacon and sliced green onions, if desired.
