Kick things up a notch at the grill with the sweet heat of Frank's RedHot® Mango Habanero and Caribbean jerk marinated chicken and veggie skewers.

Key products

  1. MIX RedHot® Mango Habanero, jerk seasoning and brown sugar in a small bowl until well blended. Reserve 2 tablespoons of the Sauce mixture for basting. Place chicken in glass dish. Add remaining Sauce mixture, tossing to coat well. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. 
  2. THREAD chicken onto skewers, alternating with bell peppers and green onion pieces. Discard any remaining marinade mixture in dish. 
  3. GRILL skewers over medium heat, turning frequently and brushing with reserved Sauce mixture, until lightly charred and cooked through (internal temperature of chicken should reach 165°F).

Tip: Use seasonal vegetables or fruits such as zucchini, squash, pineapple or mango in addition to bell peppers and green onion!
