- 1 cup Frank's RedHot® Mango Habanero Wings Sauce
- 2 teaspoons McCormick® A Hint of Sea Salt Caribbean Jerk Chicken Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon light brown sugar
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs, trimmed and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 medium red bell peppers, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 bunch green onions, cut into 2-inch sections

Instructions
- MIX RedHot® Mango Habanero, jerk seasoning and brown sugar in a small bowl until well blended. Reserve 2 tablespoons of the Sauce mixture for basting. Place chicken in glass dish. Add remaining Sauce mixture, tossing to coat well. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor.
- THREAD chicken onto skewers, alternating with bell peppers and green onion pieces. Discard any remaining marinade mixture in dish.
- GRILL skewers over medium heat, turning frequently and brushing with reserved Sauce mixture, until lightly charred and cooked through (internal temperature of chicken should reach 165°F).
Tip: Use seasonal vegetables or fruits such as zucchini, squash, pineapple or mango in addition to bell peppers and green onion!
