  • 1 pound lean ground turkey - Substituteslean ground beef
  • 1 1/2 cups Frank's RedHot® Sweet Chili Hot Sauce, divided
  • 1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 teaspoons finely minced fresh ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt

These sweet, tangy, saucy meatballs are great as an appetizer or a quick weeknight main.

  1. PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Mix ground turkey, 1/4 cup of the Sweet Chili Sauce, panko, cilantro, green onions, egg, ginger and salt in medium bowl until well blended. Shape into 1-inch meatballs. Arrange in single layer on large foil-lined baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
  2. BAKE 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through; turning half way through cooking.
  3. TRANSFER meatballs to large bowl. Add remaining Sweet Chili Sauce and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
