- PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Mix chicken, cream cheese, Frank's RedHot Sauce, ranch dressing and blue cheese crumbles in large bowl. Spoon into shallow 1-quart baking dish.
- BAKE 20 minutes or until mixture is heated through; stir.
- MEANWHILE, use a sharp knife to cut an oval into the top of the sourdough loaf, leaving about a 1-inch border of bread. Remove the crust and hollow out the middle using your fingers. Cut removed crust and bread into cubes for dipping, if desired.
- SPOON hot dip into bread bowl. Sprinkle with green onions and additional blue cheese crumbles, if desired. Serve with bread cubes, chips, crackers or cut up veggies.
