- 1/3 cup Frank's RedHot® Sweet Chili Hot Sauce
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Frank's RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Hot Sauce
- 1 1/2 pounds large (31/35 count) shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 3/4 cup corn starch
- Vegetable oil, for frying

- MIX Sweet Chili Sauce, mayo and RedHot Original Sauce in medium bowl; set aside.
- PLACE buttermilk in medium bowl. Place cornstarch in shallow dish. Add shrimp to buttermilk, tossing to coat. Shake of excess and transfer to cornstarch, coating well. Shake off excess and place on sheet pan.
- HEAT 2 inches of oil in large deep skillet on medium-high heat until hot. Cook shrimp in batches about 6 to 8 minutes, turning once, until golden. Drain on paper towels.
- TOSS shrimp in sauce mixture until well coated. Serve immediately drizzled with any remaining sauce.
