- 1/4 cup Frank's RedHot® Buffalo Ranch Seasoning Blend
- 1 1/2 cups chicken stock - Substituteschicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 8 ounces penne pasta, uncooked
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 package (4 ounces) cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley

- MELT butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until tender.
- STIR in Seasoning Blend, stock, and water. Bring to boil. Stir in pasta. Cover. Cook on medium heat 15 to 20 minutes or until pasta is tender.
- STIR in chicken, heavy cream and cream cheese. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until thickened and cream cheese is melted. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with Frank's RedHot® Sauce, if desired.
