- For the Chicken
- 1 to 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 2-inch chunks
- 1 to 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tablespoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 cup Frank's RedHot® Buffalo Wings Hot Sauce
- For the Coleslaw
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons French's® Classic Yellow Mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 package (16 ounces) shredded coleslaw mix
- For the Wrap
- 3 (12-inch) large burrito tortillas
- Blue cheese crumbles
- Ranch dressing
- Frank's RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Hot Sauce

- Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Mix chicken and olive oil in a bowl.
- In a separate large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt and black pepper. Add chicken, toss until fully coated.
- Spray air fryer with no stick cooking spray. Place chicken into air fryer in a single layer. Cook for 15 to 17 minutes, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Meanwhile, mix mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper and chopped dill in a large bowl. Add coleslaw mix and toss until the dressing is fully incorporated.
- Let chicken cool for a few minutes. Toss with Buffalo Wings Hot Sauce till fully coated.
- To assemble the wraps, divide slaw evenly among tortillas, placing down center but leaving room to fold up ends. Place chicken on top of slaw. Add blue cheese and ranch dressing, if desired. Fold in ends and roll tortilla to enclose filling. Cut diagonally and serve with additional ranch dressing and Hot Sauce for dipping.
