Buffalo Chicken Stromboli Recipe
Made With:

This Buffalo Chicken Stromboli stole the show at my tailgate. It’s easy, cheesy, and packed with flavor — the kind of recipe everyone asks for seconds of. And honestly, it wouldn’t be complete without my go-to, Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Wings Sauce. A must-try for game day! Recipe and Photo Credit: Freddy Arteaga @freddy_arteaga

INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400°F. In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cream cheese, Buffalo Wings Sauce, and bacon bits until evenly combined.
- Roll out pizza dough into a large rectangle (about 12-inches long) on a lightly floured surface. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the dough, leaving about 1 inch of space around the edges.
- Carefully roll the dough up lengthwise into a log, folding ends up and pinching seams to seal. Transfer the rolled stromboli to a parchment-lined baking sheet, seam-side down. Brush the top with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and parsley. Cut 3 to 4 small slits in dough to allow steam to escape.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Let cool slightly before cutting into about 8 slices. Serve warm with extra Buffalo Wings Sauce and ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
