- MIX Sweet Chili Sauce, mayo and RedHot Original Sauce in medium bowl; set aside.
- PLACE buttermilk in medium bowl. Place cornstarch in shallow dish. Add shrimp to buttermilk, tossing to coat. Shake of excess and transfer to cornstarch, coating well. Shake off excess and place on sheet pan.
- SPRAY basket of air fryer with no stick cooking spray. Preheat air fryer on 400°F. Place shrimp in single layer in air fryer basket. (Cook in batches if needed, depending on the size of your air fryer.) Air fry 8 to 10 minutes or until shrimp are crispy and cooked through, turning shrimp with tongs about halfway through cooking.
- TOSS shrimp in sauce mixture until well coated. Serve immediately drizzled with remaining sauce.
