Melt butter in medium skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Remove from skillet.
Stir Rice Mix and water into skillet. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes or until rice is tender and most of the water is absorbed.
Return chicken to skillet and stir in spinach. Cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
