Grill Zatarain’s Smoked Sausages until charred and heated through. Keep warm.

In a large skillet, heat oil on medium heat. Sauté onions and peppers until caramelized, 10 to 12 minutes.

Season with Zatarain’s Creole Seasoning, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Serve grilled sausage topped with onion and pepper mixture.
