Instructions 

  1. Grill Zatarain’s Smoked Sausages until charred and heated through. Keep warm. 

  2. In a large skillet, heat oil on medium heat. Sauté onions and peppers until caramelized, 10 to 12 minutes.  

  3. Season with Zatarain’s Creole Seasoning, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. 

  4. Serve grilled sausage topped with onion and pepper mixture.
