Mix water, Rice Mix, chicken and sausage in large saucepan until well blended. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 25 minutes or until rice is tender
Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes
This Jambalaya mix is fantastic! I make it with smoked sausage, then with about 10 minutes left, I add big pieces of green onion. I add them so late because I like them a little crunchy instead of mushy. And no, it's not spicy at all, I add crushed red pepper and black pepper to mine to spice it up. I love this stuff!!!

First off let me say this and the Spanish rice have both made me sick. Not sure how many PPM of gluten is in these but I am defiantly having a problem with your products. Also The jambalaya was way to spicy it may have been the aundiuli sausage i used but all you could taste was a burn and no flavor. So I am very disappointed with the products.

I agree with Shannon's review here. I have tried this product since it allegedly being gluten free and also got a typical reaction from it as if I had eaten a slice of pizza. Will not be buying again in the future. Don't trust this company.
