  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 1 package Zatarain's® Jambalaya Rice Mix
  • 1/2 pound gluten-free boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1/2 pound gluten-free smoked sausage, sliced 1/4-inch thick

Instructions

  • Mix water, Rice Mix, chicken and sausage in large saucepan until well blended. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 25 minutes or until rice is tender

  • Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Sprinkle with green onions before serving
