Toss chicken with Creole Seasoning. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 3 minutes. Add chorizo, onion, bell pepper and garlic; cook and stir 2 minutes.
Stir in Rice Mixes, water and tomato. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 25 minutes or until rice is tender, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork. Sprinkle with green onion.
