Cheesy Chicken and Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 package Zatarain's® Yellow Rice Mix
  • 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed or shredded
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Cook rice according to package directions. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • 2 In large bowl, stir together rice, chicken, cream of chicken soup, butter, and corn. Pour into casserole dish (8 x 8-inch) and bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
  • 3 Sprinkle cheese all over top and bake 5 minutes more, or until cheese is melted.
