Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Thai Kitchen® Gluten Free Premium Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 MIX oil, fish sauce, lemon juice, garlic and pepper in small bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
  • 2 PLACE lettuce and Parmesan cheese in salad bowl. Drizzle with dressing; toss to coat well.
