INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Preheat oven to 300ºF. Pat brisket dry with paper towels. Rub brisket all over with Bar-B-Q Rub. Let stand 30 minutes at room temperature. Place in 13x9-inch baking dish. Cover tightly with foil.
  • 2 Bake 3 to 4 hours, or until tender (internal temperature should reach about 175°F). Remove foil.
  • 3 Mix Bar-B-Q Sauce, pineapple, Worcestershire sauce and chipotle peppers in medium bowl. Pour sauce mixture evenly over brisket. Return to oven. Bake 1 hour longer (internal temperature should reach about 190°F).
  • 4 Broil brisket just until top is bubbly and lightly browned, about 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand 15 minutes. Transfer to cutting board. Cut against the grain into thin slices. Serve with pan juices and additional Bar-B-Q Sauce.
