• Use 1/4 tsp. in marinade for 1 lb. lamb or beef.
• Add to cheese dishes, eggs, barbecue sauce, salad dressing and sauerkraut.
• Use in Mexican dishes such as tamale pie, tacos and chili con carne.
• Add 1/2 tsp. to 4 cups water to cook dried beans or pot roast.
This product has no significant nutritional value.
Love cumin and use it in my vegetable dishes. It seems to have many health benefits for me...as a decongestant and makes digestion easy and great!
