Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons oil
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Simply Asia® Sweet & Spicy Saigon Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pound thinly sliced boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix
  • 4 crusty rolls
  • Thai Kitchen® Gluten Free Sweet Red Chili Dipping Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 MIX vinegar, oil, honey, Seasoning and salt in large bowl. Remove 2/3 cup for marinade. Place chicken in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add 2/3 cup marinade; turn to coat well. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  • 2 MEANWHILE, toss cabbage in bowl with remaining marinade. Cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Remove chicken from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
  • 3 GRILL chicken over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes per side or until cooked through. Serve chicken on rolls with topped with cabbage mixture. Serve with chili sauce, if desired.
