- 1 container Simply Asia® Vietnamese Inspired Pho Beef Broth
- 2 ounces Thai Kitchen® Gluten Free Thin Rice Noodles, or other brand of your choice
- 6 ounces sirloin or ribeye steak , shaved or thinly sliced
BRING broth to a boil in a saucepan on medium-high heat. Add Rice Noodles. Reduce heat to medium. Cook 3 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.
ADD steak and cook 30 seconds to 1 minute or until desired doneness.
SERVE with desired toppings and sauces.
