Place chicken in slow cooker.
Mix Seasoning Mix, ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar and water until blended. Pour over chicken. Cover.
Cook 5 hours on LOW or 2 1/2 hours on HIGH. Remove chicken from slow cooker.
Shred chicken using 2 forks. Return chicken to slow cooker; mix and heat with sauce before serving. Serve on sandwich rolls, if desired.
Definitely use a dark meat instead of chicken breasts. It was very good! It has just a tiny kick of heat to it but its not spicy. (I always wish people would include spiciness descriptions in their reviews)

I don't really like pork so this recipe stood out and I can say I love love love it! Nom nom nom. I would recommend getting a more crunchier bun because even when you try to drain it it will get the bun soggy if it's a soft bun.

This receipe smells soo good when cooking it and delicious. I use boneless chicken fillets and Sweet Hawaiian Rolls. You have to try it, you want be disappointed.

Excellent! I used both thighs and breasts. Served it on a brioche bun and topped it with blue cheese dressing. Easy and so yummy! Loved the flavor!

Very delicious! I changed the serving size to 4 as I only had 1 lb. of lean chicken breasts. Cooked on LOW for 3 1/2 hours and turned out PERFECT. Added about 1/4 cup extra water at the start as well. The amount of sauce/moisture was just right!
