- 1 package McCormick® Mexican Style Street Corn Taco Seasoning Mix, divided
- 2 tablespoons oil, divided
- 1 cup corn, fresh, frozen or canned (drained)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 pound boneless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips thighs, cut into thin strips
- 1/2 cup water
- 8 (6-inch) corn tortillas, warmed - Substitutesflour tortillas

- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add corn; cook and stir 3 minutes or until heated through. Stir in 1 tablespoon of the Seasoning Mix. Transfer to small bowl. Stir in mayonnaise; set aside.
- Heat remaining oil in same skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 3 minutes. Stir in remaining Seasoning Mix and water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer 3 to 5 minutes until chicken is cooked through, stirring occasionally.
- Spoon chicken into warm tortillas. Top with corn mixture and serve with desired toppings.
