Spray pot with no stick cooking spray. Place water and chicken in pot. Dollop cream cheese evenly over chicken. Sprinkle Seasoning Mix over top. Close lid. Set Valve to Seal.
Set to cook 20 minutes on MEAT/STEW function or until chicken is cooked through. When done, quick-release the pressure. Open the lid once pressure inside the pot is completely released. (Check manufacturer’s manual for safe operating directions.)
Remove chicken to large bowl. Shred using 2 forks. Whisk sauce mixture in pot until smooth. Return chicken to pot. Stir in cheese. Sprinkle with bacon and green onions to serve.
TO PREPARE IN SLOW COOKER:
1. Place water and chicken in slow cooker. Dollop cream cheese evenly over chicken. Sprinkle Seasoning Mix over top. Cover.
2. Cook 6 hours on LOW or 3 hours on HIGH.
3. Remove chicken to large bowl. Shred using 2 forks. Whisk sauce mixture until smooth. Return chicken to slow cooker; stir in cheese. Sprinkle with bacon and green onions to serve.
