boneless beef sirloin, trimmed and cut into thin strips
1Mix flour, salt, spices and herbs in small bowl. Set aside.
2Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add beef; cook and stir 3 minutes or until lightly browned.
3Stir flour mixture and water into skillet until well blended and smooth. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and simmer 5 minutes or until sauce is thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream. Serve over hot cooked noodles, if desired.
