Ingredients 6 Servings
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless beef sirloin, trimmed and cut into thin strips
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1 package McCormick® Beef Stroganoff Sauce Seasoning Mix
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Paprika
- 1 cup sour cream
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add beef, onion and bell pepper; cook and stir 5 minutes or until beef no longer pink.
- 2 Stir in Sauce Mix, water, tomato paste and paprika until well blended.
- 3 Bring to boil. Cover. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream. Sprinkle with McCormick® Parsley Flakes, if desired. Serve over noodles or rice.
