Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350˚F. Mix flour, baking soda and salt in large bowl. Beat eggs in medium bowl. Stir in sugar, pumpkin, oil and pumpkin pie spice blend extract. Add to flour mixture; stir just until moistened. Stir in 1/2 cup of the pecans.

  • Pour into greased and floured 9x5-inch loaf pan. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup pecans.

  • Bake 60 to 70 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan; cool completely on wire rack.
