INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, cream of tartar and salt in small bowl. In separate bowl, mix egg, milk, butter and vanilla. Add to flour mixture; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened (batter will be thick and slightly lumpy). Let stand 5 minutes while heating pan.
  • 2 Spray large flat griddle or skillet with no stick spray. Heat on medium-low heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter per pancake onto hot griddle. Cook 2 to 4 minutes per side or until golden brown.
  • 3 For the Cinnamon Syrup, mix all ingredients in small bowl. Heat before serving, if desired. Serve drizzled over Pancakes.
