INGREDIENTS: SUGAR, BROWN SUGAR, SALT, GARLIC, ONION, MODIFIED CORN STARCH, RED BELL PEPPER, CORN MALTODEXTRIN, CITRIC ACID, PINEAPPLE JUICE SOLIDS, GREEN ONION, SPICES (INCLUDING GINGER), EXTRACTIVES OF PAPRIKA & NATURAL FLAVOR.

To prepare McCormick Grill Mates Hawaiian Style BBQ 15 Minute Marinade Mix: Whisk Marinade Mix with 1/4 cup oil, 2 tbsp cider or white vinegar, and 2 tbsp soy sauce in a bowl. Reserve 2 tbsp marinade for basting. Place 2 lbs chicken, pork, or seafood* and remaining marinade in a resealable plastic bag. Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer. Remove meat from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. Grill until cooked through, basting with reserved marinade during last few minutes of cooking.
*Do not marinate seafood longer than 30 minutes.
