INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions and bell pepper; cook and stir 5 minutes or until onions are softened. Add paprika; cook and stir 1 minute
  • 2 Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes or until apples are tender. Serve over rice, if desired
