Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix oil, paprika, rosemary, sea salt, pepper and garlic powder in large bowl. Add chicken and potatoes; toss to coat well. Arrange potatoes in single layer on foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan coated with no stick cooking spray
Bake 15 minutes. Push potatoes to one side of pan. Place chicken on pan
Bake 30 to 35 minutes longer or until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender, turning potatoes occasionally
Absolutely delicious! It doesn't happen often, there's always at least ONE person at the table who must complain about something, but not this time! Everyone was very pleased with this dinner. And so was I! Especially since it's healthy, it's delicious, and it's as simple as it can get, including clean up, and it made my kitchen smell amazing while it cooked! I already had boneless skinless chicken breasts in my freezer, so I used that in place of the bone-in thighs. It needed something green, so I chose to steam broccoli to go with it. YUM!
