INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Mix Herbes de Provence, lemon peel, salt, garlic powder and pepper in small bowl. Brush lamb chops lightly with oil. Rub herb mixture evenly on both sides of lamb chops
  • 2 Broil or grill over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Serve with lemon wedges, if desired
